If a product you’ve purchased from JCX has a manufacturing defect, or a shipping error has occurred please contact us. 

Our goal is to make customers happy, if you are not satisfied with your product/s please contact us. In some cases, exchanges may be possible. 

The following items may NOT be returned or exchanged: seamless backdrop paper, foam/gator board, batteries, aerosols sprays, paints, tapes, fabrics sold by the yard, light bulbs, custom orders, and any opened items where hygiene is an issue i.e., eyepiece chamois, earpieces, and masks.

Shipping fees are not refundable.
